New firmware that supports the dual tuner (T441) is here
http://demod.dvico.com/PreRelease/tvix_3300_1.7.4.zip

Release Notes for Rev 1.7.4. since Rev 1.5.4 (Official Release),

[PVR PART]

1. Supports the DVB-T DUAL TUNER (T441 or T341).

* Recording one channel while watching the other
* Time-shifting one channel while watching the other.

2. Revise the REC-INFO window to support the dual-tuner. (Hit “INFO” button on remote)
3. Add the FAVORITE CHANNEL function.

* At the GO-TO channel list pop-up, you can add or delete the channel by ADD/DELETE button on remote.
* You can edit the channel order in the FAVORITE CHANNEL LIST by CH +/- button on remote
* Channel Up/Down action selects the channels only in the FAVORITE CHANNEL LIST.

4. Add AUTO-TIMESHIFTING START function.

- The TIME-SHIFTING will start automatically as soon as you enter the DTV mode, when enabled

5. Speed up the channel zapping speed with information window.
6. Channel list pop-up window will appear according to numbers, when you press numeric key on the remote.
7. Improve the manual scheduled recording procedure by 2-step wizard style.
8. You can select the instant recording duration (free-space -> remaining minutes by EPG -> 30 min -> 60 min) by pressing “REC” button on remote sequentially.
9. Add RECORDING CANCELATION function by pressing ADD/DELETE button on remote during recording.
10. Improve the EPG update window when selecting the channel in the EPG pop-up.
11. You can select RECORDING LIST or BOOK-MARK LIST even in DTV mode by pressing BOOKMARK button.
12. Fix some EPG bugs on France DTV broadcasting
13. Supports Taiwan 6Mhz DVB-T signal and channels.
14. Fixing minor bugs and increasing stability.

[Multimedia Player/ Others]

1. Add PREVIEW WINDOW at the file browser.

* You can enable this function by SETUP -> SYSTEM -> PREVIEW

* Please make “AUTORUN” folder at root on internal HDD or network drive, then select items at setup.
* Do not support AUTO-RUN on external USB storage.

3. Add the RECORDING LIST menu-item on the top menu

[Known Issues]
[PVR PART]

2. When ATSC/ANALOG TV/ANALOG VIDEO-IN, audio can be dropped or stuttered with some noise when changing channel or terminating the recording.
3. Dual-recording is not possible yet. We found some performance issues, something to do with CPU speed. We’re still trying to make it work, but not sure.

1. MP3 will stream in RAW format when digital audio output is selected “DIGITAL”. So maybe MP3 file will not sound on some of receivers.

Good news,

french EPG bug corrections, good but french EPG covers 2 days at best (really a useless feature here, I won't quit on my paper TV guide before long )
but still no subtitles on DTV, I think this feature is much more important than improving the EPG that is unusuable here in France

probably not, I suggest you contact your supplier in relation to that issue, it could be hardware related.
